The Good
Easy Launcher is a cute and mini application allowing users to enjoy its amazingly easy-to-use utility of managing all the shortcuts or other files as they like. In stead of wasting time to seek for a shortcut, an application, a file or a folder from a number of others on the desktop or disks, users can simply turn to Easy Launcher on the bottom right desktop to get what they want within seconds. Of course, users should firstly design and arrange their Easy Launcher, but it is absolutely easy! They can just simply drag the icons of shortcuts, applications, files or even a whole folder which they would like to get to immediately, into the grid spaces within the tabsheet (also called drag-and-drop operation).
With 6 most-used programs and 6 last click Icons automatically ranking at “Easy Tab” tabsheet for a quick way to run them again, Easy Launcher is also well-designed to enable users to view the frequency report and export the report to an Excel file.
What’s more, Easy Launcher allows customizing the tabsheet appearance, managing the tabsheet column and the hot keys. It can be specified to run at the startup, always show on the top, show the settings at a separate tabsheet, resolve dropped shortcuts, create desktop shortcut, pin the shortcut to the Start Menu and ignore click on the blank button; the maintenance options allows to back up the settings or restore the settings if needed.
The Bad
Some features of Launcher, such as adding more tabsheets, etc, can be used only after paying for an official version, which is indeed a little disappointing. Still, users may take advantage of the 30-day trial before they decide to take 15 dollars out of their pocket for the full version with no restrictions. But actually, this little and nice program is absolutely worth that money.
